Management

Robin Caller (43)

Robin Caller cut his teeth in the digital industry selling domain names in 95, before heading up pan-European sales at first-wave social network FortuneCity.com. Founding Goallover in 2001, he built a display advertising business representing websites such as WWE, Menshealth, UGO, Glam and Monster, before a business request from Monster Inc. turned his focus to lead generation.

He spearheaded the creation of the IAB's lead generation Council and was voted to the role of inaugural Chair in 2010. During his tenure, the Council produced a "LeadGen 101" handbook, with Lead Generation Best Practice Version 1.0 and Data Transfer and Storage Version 1.0 imminent. Most importantly he secured the inclusion of lead generation within the IAB PwC adspend study. Robin continues to fight for standards and ethics in the online lead generation industry. Holder of a Masters in International Business, he has also lectured at the University of Westminster in London on the subject of Management Information Systems.

Andy Knight (42)

Andy Knight started working in the dotcom world in 1997, quickly finding his calling as a product director for FortuneCity.com Inc. Joining a fledgling company of 3, Andy championed the "free homepage" model and led the product development until 2001. Under his leadership, FortuneCity attracted millions of users, rising to become the 11th largest advertising network in Europe, and launched a co-branded online community with Warner Bros called "AcmeCity.com". The company achieved a successful IPO in 2000, raising 97MM Euros from Germany's Neuer Markt, and reached a market capitalization of 400MM Euros. Prior to the dotcom crash, Andy left FortuneCity, went travelling to India, and returned to London to join Goallover in 2002.

Andy has overseen the recruitment and management of the LolaGrove development team, ensuring that all product and service functions are reliable, user-friendly, and scalable. He continues to work as the lead engineer, ensuring that LolaGrove focuses on output effectiveness - the quality of lead output - over and above all gizmos and widgets that simply "don't make money". Andy and Robin met in 1998 when Robin joined FortuneCity.com

Eddie Lee (43)

Born in Taiwan in 1967, Eddie completed his first business administration degree in Tokyo, Japan, before coming to London to complete his Masters in International Business. He then returned to Japan, working in digital software development, before joining the Taiwanese digital media industry 1999. He came back to London in 2003, and joined Goallover in 2004. Initially operating in digital media licensing, Eddie's clear attention to detail led to him taking on the role of financial controller.

Eddie successfully helped Goallover navigate the transition period from advertising sales business to software development business, resulting in the successful distribution of the LolaGrove lead trading platform. Eddie and Robin met whilst completing their Masters in 1996.
