History

LolaGrove was first developed as a prototype product by Goallover Limited in 2007, on behalf of Monster Inc. At that time, Goallover Limited sold the display advertising for Monster, and the consumer titles Tickle.com, Lovehappens.com, Ringo.com (the fore-runner to Bebo.com) as well as a network of partner publishers.

In response to a request by Monster that Goallover start selling "cost per lead" deals to advertisers, the team developed a simple "linear" system which could capture and clean data, before transferring it to advertisers. This linear system could run one campaign for one advertiser on one website.

This linear system was quickly evolved into LolaGrove Version 1.0 - a dynamic plurality system capable of delivering multiple campaigns across multiple sites, optimizing each placement according to yield, and delivering effective management controls to the Goallover and Monster Europe sales operations.

In late 2008, the management of Goallover decided to invest in LolaGrove 2.0. The launch of this platform in April 2009 marked the end of Goallover as an advertising network, and the beginning of a complete focus on the delivery of a world class data quality management and lead trading platform, capable of providing best in class data quality across the world's largest digital advertising markets.

Launched in the UK first, LolaGrove 2.0 has quickly gained a reputation for delivering the highest quality of lead output, winning advertiser and agency clients who enjoy the "single view" and total campaign control afforded by a dedicated and specialist lead trading platform.

During 2010, LolaGrove continued to win new clients, including advertising networks and publishers who recognized that the validation, verification, correction and completion of data prior to dispatch was a requirement of the professional sales operation. The background of LolaGrove in the network management sector ensured that the platform encompassed all the specifications and management tools required by sales operations representing a plurality of lead sources.

Carefully exploring new territories, LolaGrove secured work in the USA on behalf of Next PLC (appointed by Arena Quantum, part of the Havas group of advertising agencies, and won UK business from a New York based agency representing one of the world's largest pharmaceutical research companies. Pilot programs in Germany, Canada are also under way.

During 2010, LolaGrove experienced a 500% growth in traded revenue, a trend which continued through the first quarter of 2011. Now into the third year of trading, LolaGrove 3.0 is scheduled for release in April 2011. The latest version contains "best in class" data quality management techniques, the most complete set of filters and verification tools available on the market, together with proprietary anti-fraud techniques.

The platform is now fully "self-service", enabling advertisers to create supplier accounts together with password permissions, create campaigns, issue data submission instructions to suppliers and creative capture units, optimize pricing and delivery across all suppliers, produce comprehensive campaign reports, and set up delivery instructions, all from a clean and simple graphical interface.

In fact, the only thing they cannot do automatically is pay Goallover Limited for the software licenses and usage fees. Fortunately, they still have to talk to us, and enjoy our hospitality.
